Final Thief

The origins of Thief are unknown, and his real name and identity are a mystery. He is known for stealing anything that isn't nailed down, but mostly ignores kidnapping of any sort. With one huge exception. Amzy the Caster arrived in his town not too long after starting on her journey, and he took an interest in her, snatching her in broad daylight right in front of her teacher. After taking her to his hideout, he enamored himself with her and was about to strip her to bed her, but she flung fire magic in his face and escaped. He gave chase, but a guard spotted him and chased him away.
He decided to simply shadow her and wait. But she had become cautious after that first day. It wasn't until the day she graduated and got her familiar that he saw his opening.
Amzy had left the town and continued on her journey, Thief deciding that traveling to follow her was more desirable than staying in the town anyways. But not too far out of town, Amzy was attacked by a band of Cyborgs, who were all impervious to magic of all kinds. Thief leapt into the fray, short-circuiting the cyborgs and carrying Amzy away before they exploded. He kept carrying her away until they came to a serene waterfall, where Amzy, to his surprise and delight, pulled his hood out of the way and kissed him. But then she teleported out of reach and challenged him to catch her if he could.
From that day forward, he has chased after her, catching her and attempting to bed her, but always failing to get any farther than a kiss.
